Pioneering experimental and post-industrial British music group, COIL was founded by John Balance in London in 1983 as a solo side project to Psychic TV, and later joined by Peter 'Sleazy' Christopherson, a founding member of Psychic TV and Throbbing Gristle. Coil would become synonymous with experimentalism and avant-garde electronic music for generations to come. The workings of Coil touched upon the occult, sonic alchemy, and sexuality, and went on to influence countless artists & musicians all across the musical spectrum. They have been called, and rightfully so, “one of the most beloved and mythologized groups to emerge from the British Post-Industrial scene”.

It is with great reverence and admiration that Coitus Interruptus Productions and Crunch Pod proudly presents “Channeling The Solar Lodge”, a COIL tribute compilation. Bringing together a massive collection of over 3 extraordinary hours of more than 20 sonic interpretations of such an important, iconic and prolific band such as COIL.

“Channeling The Solar Lodge” will be offered 100% free of charge and will be available through Coitus Interruptus Productions and through Crunch Pod on The Spring Equinox 03/20/21.
